French Michelin star chef, Geoffrey Rembert returns to La Suite Lounge Rooftop Restaurant recently awarded ‘Best View in Europe’!
In collaboration with executive chef, Vassilis Milios and his brigade they create a Greek-French fusion a la carte menu which takes us from Paris to Athens.
Following the new Bistronomy trend, casual -fine dining and quality food, the menu combines French specialities (St.Jacques scallops with caviar, duck breast with aromatic crust, grilled camembert with hazelnuts) with traditional Greek flavors (Shrimp with tomato cream, feta & ouzo, sea bass with smoked eggplant and seafood chowder) all accompanied by excellent Greek & French wines.
La Suite Lounge Restaurant is open 7 days a week - 11:00 – 23:00
